The Bride of Christ and the Queen of Sheba

A parallel  between the Queen of Sheba  and the Bride of Christ.

Note the Queen of Sheba brings with her many fine gifts to present to King Solomon.

Similarity is in; the Bride of Christ comes to the Bridegroom...  bearing gifts.

The Bride of Christ while on earth is in a relationship with God in three persons;
The Father Son and Holy Spirit..
As she grows in her soul salvation and presses into the blessings and anointings of God,  as she seeks to hold her crown and strives for the available crowns,  as she runs the race with intent to win, as she works for the Lord after her salvation; calling out and doing the will of the Holy Spirit, as she becomes less of herself and, more of Christ:

SHE IS GROWING IN GIFTS* growing in blessings* ... The kind that are of value in heaven.. The Lord bids us to store up our treasures in heaven and not on earth where moth and rust and thieve will take away and or destroy or corrode but store up for in heaven where they will not be taken from you.

Now see these gifts.... are the blessings and annointings of the Bride...
As she is  called before her Groom ... she will have gifts to present to Him...
to Her King Jesus* The Savior of the World of sinful men... the Savior of whosoever will come.

These gifts the Bride has obtained as she grew in her soul salvation....will be presented to Jesus ... See the Queen of Sheba came to a King who had much already.

She did not come empty handed... but brought gifts and came to be in his company as she sought to hear
his words of wisdom his teachings.... She saw the fullness and riches of his Kingdom and said the half has not been told.

1 Corinthians 2:9  But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

1 Cor 2 goes on to tell us
that we have knowledge of some of these
things  via the Holy Spirit...

10 But God hath revealed them unto us
by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

But we that walk in the Spirit and compare spiriutal things to spiritual things ............

[14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned]

Even we that have been shown glimpses by His Spirit:  via visions of Heavenly places and Heavenly things from the Holy Spirit we still can not know the fullness of Heaven... The Lord has much vastness to share with those of us that love Him in all of His Glory and Splendor... of Heaven above. Hallelujah and great Praise and shouts of honor to our King of kings and Lord of lords, Praise Jesus* who alone is King over all the earth its inhabitants and the fulness thereof... Amen and Hallelujah!

Likewise when we get to Heaven we will see that the half has not been told....
we will see the Lord our King in all His splendor and His magnificent glory....
and all of Heaven and those there in His kingdom are so wonderfully, abundantly provided for,  and none are arrayed such as those in Heaven...

Luke 12:27  Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

As the Queen of Sheba likewise was  laden with great gifts from King ....
so in Heaven we the Bride of Christ shall be laden with gifts from Him our King Jesus* Christ...

I see the parallel between the story of the Queens quest ..... to make the journey to come to see all she had heard of ...and to not only come, but to come bearing gifts to the King....
Likewise we are preparing ourselves that when the King of kings and Lord of lords calls us Home.

Our quest is not be ashamed at His coming... that we will be prepared having plenty of oil in our lamps and that we will bring great joy and honor and glory to our King ... because we will not only come,
but come bearing gifts unto Him.

Its amazing how God gives to us
and we present back to Him
and He gives to us again
because we presented to Him gifts.

Its is true! We can never out give the Lord.... He is in debt to none... He is the giver of all gifts .... the giver of everlasting life...None is likened unto the Lord our God...
Praise the Father, Son and Holy Spirit!

1 Kings 10
1 And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the Lord, she came to prove him with hard questions. 2 And she came to Jerusalem with a very great train, with camels that bare spices, and very much gold, and precious stones: and when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him of all that was in her heart. 3 And Solomon told her all her questions:  there was not any thing hid from the king, which he told her not. 4 And when the queen of Sheba had seen all Solomon's wisdom, and the house that he had built, 5 And the meat of his table, and the sitting of his servants, and the attendance of his ministers, and their apparel, and his cupbearers, and his ascent by which he went up unto the house of the Lord; there was no more spirit in her. 6 And she said to the king, It was a true report  that I heard in mine own land of thy acts and of thy wisdom. 7 Howbeit I believed not the words, until I came, and mine eyes had seen it: and, behold, the half was not told me: thy wisdom and prosperity exceedeth the fame which I heard. 8 Happy are thy men, happy are these thy servants, which stand continually before thee, and that hear thy wisdom. 9 Blessed be the Lord thy God, which delighted in thee, to set thee on the throne of Israel: because the Lord loved Israel for ever, therefore made he thee king, to do judgment and justice. 10 And she gave the king an hundred and twenty talents of gold, and of spices very great store, and precious stones: there came no more such abundance of spices as these which the queen of Sheba gave to king Solomon. 11 And the navy also of Hiram, that brought gold from Ophir, brought in from Ophir great plenty of almug trees, and precious stones. 12 And the king made of the almug trees pillars  for the house of the Lord, and for the king's house, harps also and psalteries for singers: there came no such almug trees, nor were seen unto this day. 13 And king Solomon gave unto the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatsoever she asked, beside that which Solomon gave her of his royal bounty. So she turned and went to her own country, she and her servants.

Ponder our gifts:
We will cast our crowns at the feet of the Lord Jesus*

1 THE WATCHERS CROWN
I Pete 5:4 And when the
chief Shepherd shall appear,
1 Thess 2:19-20
19 For what is our hope, or joy,
or crown of rejoicing? Are not even
ye in the presence of our Lord
Jesus Christ at his coming?
20 For ye are our glory and joy.

2 THE CROWN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
II Tim 4:8 Henceforth there
is laid up for me a crown of
righteousness,

3 THE RUNNERS CROWN
I Cor 9:24 Know ye not
that they which run in a race,

4 THE CROWN OF LIFE
James 1-12 ;crown of life,
which the Lord hath promised
to them that love him.

5 THE SUFFERS CROWN
Rev 2:10 Fear none of those
things which thou shalt suffer:

Rev 3:11:hold that fast
which thou hast,
that no man takes thy crown,

Revelation 4
10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne,
and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying

What blessing is in the anointed oil of the Lord that Jesus* has poured out for you?

Its a personal blessing, its for you..
and it is a part of the oil in your lamp...
Keep pressing in for more of the Blessings of the Lord... we can never out give Him.

Psalm 23:5
Thou preparest a table before me
in the presence of mine enemies:
thou anointest my head with oil;
my cup runneth over.

Matthew 25:4  But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

We know we are going to be richly blessed in Heaven. But what are we taking with us... what gifts have we stored up in Heaven
What gifts do we have to present to our King of kings and Lord of lords.
That is all that is going to be important to us.... when we see Him as He is.

My prayer is that the Bride of Christ is not ashamed on judgment day but will be  casting crowns at the feet of the Lord Jesus* and that she had more than enough oil in her lamp at His coming.... that He be overjoyed at Her...
That she bring Him great honor and great glory in His Kingdom... in Jesus* Holy name I pray Amen.

1 Corinthians 3  9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. 11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. 14If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
