Your not being called to treason
Your being called to reason.

Scripture taken out of context
can be rendered futile
to even dangerous.
Exodus 20:12
Honor your father
and your mother:
that your days may be
long upon the land which the
LORD your God gives you.
Honor thy father and thy mother is a child rearing scripture...
its NOT FOR;
*enslaving men or
*brainwashing them or
*creating your own cult

via misconstruing the word of God rendering some false conceived rights.
... No ... so lets reconsider the scripture
in its intended context..

Bar Mitzvah literally translates as "son of commandment." The word "bar" means "son" in Aramaic, which was the commonly spoken vernacular language of the Jewish people (and much of the Middle East) from around 500 B.C.E. to 400 C.E. The word "mitzvah" is Hebrew for "commandment." The term "bar mitzvah" refers to two things
First, when a boy comes of age at 13-years-old he has become
a "bar mitzvah" and is recognized by Jewish tradition as having the same rights as a full grown man.
A boy who has become a Bar Mitzvah is now morally and ethically responsible for his decisions and actions.
1 Corinthians 13:11  When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child,
I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
children are to grow and to take their own stand... make their own decisions and to be held accountable for them.. ... children are to grow into adulthood..  hence parents must learn to
let go!
*A woman with grandchildren
of her own is being verbally spanked
for not calling her mom and dad
in a timely manner as they sputter;
you are to honor your father and mother
if you want to live a long life...
*If your submitting to your husband
or striving to love your wife
as God loves the Church
and to do your best at your job
and raise up your children
and to work  with the teachers that are working with your children
and juggle all life tosses your way
and above all strive to be Holy as God is Holy study the word of God to show thyself approved a good workman of the word...
and press into be more of what Jesus would want you to be...
but don’t forget to call ma... or you are dishonoring your parents
...and short life is going to be knocking on your door.
That’s the word out of context..
Realize life changes
and the word grows with us..
Mark 10:7 For this cause shall a man
leave his father and mother,
and cleave to his wife;

Some wives have a God aweful time in their marriage
because their mother- in -law refuses to let go of her son
... and let wife take rightful place in him and with him.
Matthew 19:6 Wherefore they are no more twain,
but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together,
let not man put asunder.
NOT Honoring thy father and thy mother...?
Perhaps you are under the microscope
and accused of being dishonorable.
Yes you and I are to honor our parents
when we are growing up under their roof ...
we ought to have respect,
and yield ourselves to their teachings,
and submit ourselves to their ways
and we ought not rise up against them in words or in physical strength to strive to bring them down.
Give thanks for  their giving us the all that they did. Praise the works of their hands that they did in order that we too walk this earth making our own way.
Respect them as seniors,
throughout their lives... and ours... if they have need  and we are able... then we ought as we are able.
That sounds fair enough.
Be aware I speak as a parent as well...
Praise to Jesus *
This is where I cut off.... and strive to make sense of the scripture
for those seemingly walking on eggshells in dilemma of what is right
and wrong... how to interpret the scripture in the Lord Jesus*
according to the all of His will for your life.
That you not be found at fault in the eyes of Jesus*
Hebrews 12:9
we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us,
and we gave them reverence:
shall we not much rather be
in subjection unto the
Father of spirits, and live?
* God is waiting to very capably take over *
Realize some parents are weak or in power struggles  and seek to hold on to their children too tightly
or are manipulative...
Never wanting to let them go...
never wanting them to fully fly from the nest ...
Parents that’s not right.
We can look at the Birds
and the animals to realize
there comes a time for the offspring
to move along.
Saved in  Jesus*
we are to grow up and suit up
We suit up in spiritual armor for spiritual battle... in the army
of the Lord Jesus Christ.
You are to love your parents but you are not
to make idols or gods out of them.
Exodus 20:3
Thou shalt have no
other gods before me.
The scripture tells us to trust no man.
We are to put our full trust in the Lord Jesus Christ..
I say this to you as even I am a parent
I say this to you...
because its Gods word to us.
Psalm 146:3
Put not your trust in princes,
nor in the son of man,
in whom there is no help.
Deuteronomy 6
2 That thou mightest fear the LORD thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.
Let me interject here ....
as we look around...its obvious
not all righteous-- live a long life
nor do all wicked --die young..
I believe the Lord often gives
the wicked a long life in
order for them to turn
from wicked ways and repent unto the Lord....
and for God
to take the life of the righteous
in their youth is their
blessing in more ways than one.
even if we can not see
or understand that now.
Isaiah 55:9
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways,
and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Discernment is essential
in the awareness of spiritual warfare...
 ? QUESTION ?
What if your Father was like Hitler
and your Mother was like Madeline Marie O'Hare  ....and you are a born again Christian...  ?
What if your parents are abusive?
Cemeteries fill up with deceased children for that reason.  Children Youth Services
has been established for that reason.

Matthew 19:19
Honor your father
and your mother: and,
You shall love your
neighbor as yourself.
Is it any wonder that love your neighbor as yourself  is in the same scripture verse with honor your father an your mother.
I believe God is answering the question of how to ... love the unlovable?
That my friend is the challenge... How do we love the unlovable?
pray for them... hold them up in
prayer that they find saving grace.
Pray for them and do not hate them... Being Christ like in all things.
Jesus suffered and died for the wicked not for the righteous.
Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
As it’s a matter of the heart... and its clearly not easy to love someone
that is out to kill you or maim you or to rob you of your quality of life
in any means.
Striving to be Christ like:

If at best the heart can
love parents as neighbors...
Then it’s a win- win situation
when we love neighbors as ourselves ...
You may need to ponder that one for a
while until it sinks in as a remedy to honoring the word of God and keeping oneself set free from bondages of sin.

Our reward is not here, its in heaven.
We run the great race..
Do the will of God at all cost.
In these last day especially
more news  of Christians
losing their lives for Jesus*

Many are turned against
by their own family members ...
as its written in the word of God
before it happens
so that when it happens
we can know the word of God is true.

The word of God is likened to a double edged sword it  separates us..sets us apart..and directs us.
Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is quick,
and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit,
and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The Word of  God separates us ....
Matthew 10:35
For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Luke 12:53
The father shall be divided against the son,
and the son against the father;
the mother against the daughter,
and the daughter against the mother;
the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
The word of God sets us apart..
Matthew 10
21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death,
and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents,
and cause them to be put to death.
22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake:
but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
23 But when they persecute you in this city,
flee ye into another:
Beware whom you put your confidence in.
The word of God directs us...
Micah 7
5 Trust ye not in a friend,
put ye not confidence in a guide:
keep the doors of thy mouth from her
that lieth in thy bosom.
6 For the son dishonoureth the father,
the daughter riseth up against her mother,
the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.
7 Therefore I will look unto the LORD;
I will wait for the God of my salvation:
my God will hear me.
Psalm 119:134 Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.
Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ...
If you cant be in the company of one because
of the spiritual battle that will pursue between you. If you feel spiritually ill or physically ill over ..
Pray for them and pray for strength for yourself in every area that you are able to cope and prevail the matter.
Pray for them that they will come to the
knowledge of the saving grace of Jesus* Christ. That they will turn
from their path and come into soul salvation.  You strive to do the best
you can with them and do the rest in prayer...
Hence you are keeping in with the word of God.
You do all you can and trust the Lord with the rest. Realize God is the reader of our hearts.. He knows what is brewing in there..
He knows if we have honor or contempt
Men can fool men but men do not fool God.
Forgive... harbor no contempt ...
don’t set out to do evil ...
but forgive at all costs.
Matthew 18:35
So likewise shall my heavenly
Father do also unto you,
if ye from your hearts forgive not every
one his brother their trespasses
Here think on Jesus and all He
suffered for the sins of this world..
He was Holy without sin.
If He suffered ... how is it that we feel
we ought to be exempt from suffering?
We are not exempt
but because He suffered
so will we...
His suffering will spill over unto us.
1 Peter 4
12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye;
for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their
part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.
16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed;
but let him glorify God on this behalf.
17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the houseof God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
John 15:18 If the world hate you,
ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
...and know that Jesus* calls us out ...
Luke 16:13     No servant can serve
two masters:
for either he will hate the one,
and love the other;
or else he will hold to the one,
and despise the other.
Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Matthew 4:18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.
21 And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them. 22 And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him.
Matthew 10:34
Think not that
I am come to send
peace on earth:
I came not to send peace,
but a sword.
Matt 19: 16 And, behold, one came and said unto him,
Good Master, what good thing shall
I do, that I may have eternal life?
17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good?
there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life,
keep the commandments.
18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said,
Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery,
Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
19 Honour thy father and thy mother:
and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
20 The young man saith unto him,
All these things have I kept from my youth up:  what lack I yet?
21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples,
Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle,
than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
25 When his disciples heard it,
they were exceedingly amazed, saying,
Who then can be saved?
26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, with men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
27 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?
28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you,That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
29 And every one that hath forsaken houses,
or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife,
or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive
an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.
Luke 17:33 Whosoever shall seek
to save his life shall lose it;
and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
[This is the first and great commandment]
Mat 22:37 Jesus said unto him,
Thou shalt love the Lord thy God
with all thy heart,
and with all thy soul,
and with all thy mind.
[And the second great commandment]
39;Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself;
Jesus calls us out
to be separate that we might grow in our spiritual salivation ...
Solomon in all of his wisdom is proof of what can happen
when we don’t come out.
As he did not refrain from marrying strange women ...that worshipped  other gods...
Solomon not only permitted them to practice their godly worship
but erected idols and stone gods for them that they might worship and then he himself bent to worship their false gods...
Hence losing his favor in the True Living God ...  of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
1 Kings 11
and his wives turned away his heart.
4 For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods:
and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father.
5 For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites. 6 And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the  LORD, as did David his father.7 Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon.  8 And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods.
9 And the LORD was angry with Solomon,
because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel,
which had appeared unto him twice,
10 And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD commanded.
None was as filled with wisdom as Solomon .... and yet the word
tells us even  he he was led astray  WOW doe that get your attention
It does me... All that wisdom and even so he fell... to the worship of other gods.
What is the secret
if even the wisest of the wise could fall victim...?
God tells us come out from them.
We do not wrestle against flesh and blood.
Its what we don’t see that is the problem.
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in heavenly places.
Romans 8:14  For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths.
Psalm 37:5  Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
That scene of Jesus and Peter walking on the water is for us... we are  all to be like Peter and get out .. come out of the boat an be all that we can be .. strive to be more in Jesus* ..and we can not do that.. if we keep
in the boat... The first step is to see Christ the second is to join Him
where He is... no matter the cost.
Peter walking on the water  is a symbol of our spiritual warfare... we must keep focus on the Lord Jesus Christ If we take our eyes from the Lord to focus on the storm to focus on the spirits creating turbulent environment round about us... we will fall to sink... becoming a victim of the battle of spiritual warfare..
The Lord is always bidding us to focus on Him... come out from the boat of others and be courageous come to me. Stand out from
the others ... come to me..... press in.... come to me.   Stand up in the midst of turmoil and come to me.
When God is leading you.... via the Holy Spirit within you... You will
know when you are on the right course or when you are out of the will
of God.
Consider in our spiritual journey it takes time to purge and get us
to a particular place in the Holy Spirit where God can better use us
for a unique purpose in Him.
and when He has brought us to that
particular place in the spirit ....
Its often His will that we be kept in that particular spiritual
level  or spiritual state of being and even to grow beyond it  that we can be better used of Jesus*
Realize even if its for a season of our
lives... during that time if we go where God does not desire...  Then we can faultily walk into spiritual realm that will upset the work that God previously molded and was raising us up for ..
Hence in the aftermath it takes more time
to get us back on track again in the Lord Jesus*
Furthermore if we keep making it a practice to continue to walk out of the will of God .... rendering ourselves less of what His desire
and will for our lives is... Then we are not the more that God can use
... No ... instead we are less.. and we continue to be less.  Because we are stubbornly doing our own will or
doing the will of those around us
rather than the will of God.
How to be more in God is to ask ... Jesus* what is His will for our lives..
What is His will and ask His will be done daily... in Jesus* name Amen
GOOD OR BAD ITS DONE. Ask me how I know that?
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him,
Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born again,
he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you:
and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
Hebrews 12:9
we have had fathers of our flesh
which corrected us,
and we gave them reverence:
shall we not much rather be
in subjection unto the
Father of spirits, and live?
Hebrews 12:6
For whom the Lord loves he chastens,
and scourges every son whom he receives.
Psalm 94:12
Blessed is the man whom thou
chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;
2 Corinthians 11:2
For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy:
for I have espoused you to one husband,
that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
Yes we have but one life to live on this earth...
Prayerfully we find soul salvation in Jesus
and long for His teachings and grow up in His word.
Take everything to God in prayer
Trust in Him that you will be led by the Holy Spirit of God
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing;
but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you,  and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
The challenge is to pray and to forgive
....and to love...
so that God the Father
will forgive you of your short comings...
Jesus* showed us how to do all that and much, much more.
Praise and thank you Jesus*...
Mark 10:15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
  • John 8:36  If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Jonah had
no cell phone in the belly of the whale___
There are no phone calls out of hell.
Jesus* Blessings to You
My prayer is that this has opened your eyes to how a scripture can be taken out of context  and used wrongfully against us.
Sound doctrine is to be rightfully balanced.
If your not Saved and want to be:
 but don't know how?
I need help to pray a sinners prayer.
